Kayleigh Donnelly, Director of Girls Program/Coach
Kayleigh grew up in Connecticut where her first stick was a boy’s stick when no girls team was available. Luckily, a dad stepped up, bought the US Lacrosse girls handbook, and a girls program was born. Not only did that get her hooked on lacrosse, but it also helped mold her into the coach she is today. She went on to play rec and travel ball until high school where she was a four-year varsity starter while leading her team in scoring all four years. Her passion for coaching began when she attended the University of Delaware and started coaching youth lacrosse. Since relocating to Charleston she has worked with Cusabo rec, ran the Lady Renegades travel program, coached Meeting Street Academy’s team, and worked private lessons. She is eager for the opportunity to work with a team that works collectively to bridge development and growth across both genders within the program.
